Details

This session will focus on recent changes to guidelines for the management of type 2 diabetes. The first section will cover diagnosis, initial management and rationale for choosing second line agents and beyond. The second part will focus on typical cases seen in primary care. Significant changes to type 1 diabetes management relevant to primary care can be discussed if there is demand. Delegates are welcome to discuss cases on the night or email scenarios to d.morrison2@nhs.net in advance.
